The complete brand rehaul modernized their look, removing old robot vector illustrations in place of flat iconography to depict their capabilities, from AI chatbots to omnichannel services. The refresh created a modern and recognizable look that was also personable and engaging. New visual language and rules were established for the use of graphics and imagery, aligning both digital and print marketing assets. A brand package was also created in Canada to allow Comm100’s marketers to create their own assets in keeping with the new branding.
